Sabina is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully litigated multiple complex civil cases in federal courts and arbitral forums, representing clients spanning a variety of industries.
Sabina has defended various large companies in complex civil litigation. Her recent victories include a full defense jury verdict for a Fortune 50 company at trial in the Southern District of New York and a favorable summary judgment ruling in a billion-dollar contract dispute between two Fortune 500 companies. She has also represented venture capital and private equity firms, film production companies, foreign governmental entities, and individuals in a variety of trials. In addition to her defense work, Sabina does significant work on the plaintiff’s side, including securing a historic settlement for a class of Jeffrey Epstein’s survivors against JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, representing a major non-profit organization in a defamation action against a public broadcasting company, and representing a software development company in a series of patent infringement lawsuits in federal court.
Additionally, Sabina has successfully represented individuals and entities in enforcement actions and investigations by the FTC, SEC, DOJ, and other government agencies. She also has significant experience representing crime victims in parallel civil and criminal proceedings or investigations.
