Ms. Woan represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of complex commercial, securities, shareholder derivative, antitrust, and merger and acquisition-related litigation, as well as regulatory investigations conducted by the DOJ, SEC, and FINRA. She has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout the country in all phases of litigation, including trial and appeal, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She also provides strategic counseling to clients on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and the use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI). Her diverse range of clients includes Amgen; Aquestive Therapeutics; Argo Group; Bank of America; Foot Locker; JPMorgan Chase; Impulse Dynamics; New York-Presbyterian Hospital; Oscar Health; Paradigm Operations; Philip Morris; PG&E; PPL Corporation; PricewaterhouseCoopers; and Walmart. Ms. Woan serves on Skadden’s Diversity, E-Discovery, Hiring and Summer Associate Committees, and also serves as a partner liaison for the Asian Pacific Islander Affinity Network.
