Tatjana Popovski Buloski is the founding partner of Popovski & Partners. She is a legal expert with 20 years of experience in the legal sector in the Republic of North Macedonia. Her vast experience includes various projects focused on securities, energy, telecommunications, insurance, concessions and PPP.
Tatjana has participated in many projects including major privatizations in the country, equity investments and project finance. She is one of the most experienced competition lawyers in the country. Tatjana is also known for her work on M&A transactions.
She has vast experience in high profile white-collar criminal proceedings. Her experience also covers commercial and civil litigation, international commercial arbitration, antitrust and competition law proceedings.
