Tine has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as a RISE Rated Lawyer for Arbitration by RSGI (2026), a Next Generation Partner for Dispute Resolution – Arbitration by Legal 500 (2026), among the “Top 40 under 40 – Asia Pacific” by Benchmark Litigation (2026), and a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific for three consecutive years (2024–2026). - Represented Wikimedia Foundation Inc. in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India challenging Delhi High Court orders directing content takedowns, and secured first-of-its-kind orders relating to service of summons on platform users and confidential disclosure of subscriber information.
- Advised and represented Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, acting on behalf of debenture trustees, in the insolvency proceedings of Reliance Capital Limited initiated by the Reserve Bank of India concerning debt of approximately USD 2.35 billion.
- Advised and represented MIH Edtech Investments B.V. and other foreign investors holding approximately 30% of Byju’s in oppression and mismanagement proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT and Supreme Court arising from corporate governance and management disputes.
- Represented Ricoh Company Ltd. in a range of proceedings, including a first-of-its-kind shareholder action involving alleged financial mismanagement in Ricoh India Limited and related insolvency proceedings.
- Represented Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) in multiple arbitration and writ proceedings involving investor indemnification claims under the Depositories Act, 1996 and significant stamp duty disputes affecting the Indian securities market.
