Wade Houston

Wade Houston is a partner at Abrams & Bayliss LLP, a Delaware-based boutique firm. Mr. Houston specializes in corporate and commercial disputes before the Delaware courts, with particular focus on the Delaware Court of Chancery, the nation’s preeminent business court. Mr. Houston represents both plaintiffs and defendants and has served repeatedly as lead counsel in successful plaintiff-side engagements. He also served as a special magistrate appointed by the Delaware Court of Chancery to investigate alleged self-dealing by the receiver of a Delaware corporation. The court commended Mr. Houston’s “outstanding work” in a 2024 opinion resolving the investigation.
