Wenqi Li holds a Master of Laws in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law. As a Senior Partner of Grandall Law Firm (Beijing), she focuses on commercial dispute resolution and bankruptcy reorganization. She has extensive experience in case representation and resolving large-scale debt crises and insolvency matters, and has provided legal services to major state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, including China CITIC Financial AMC, Postal Savings Bank of China, Industrial Bank, China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance, Ping An Insurance (Group) , China National Nuclear Corporation, China United Network Communications Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Electronics Corporation and China Railway Group. She has represented nearly one hundred litigation cases for large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions before the Supreme People’s Court and various Higher People’s Courts nationwide, with the total amount involved exceeding RMB 100 billion.

Represented China Cinda AMC Zhejiang Branch in the accounts receivable dispute against China Water Resources and Electric Power Materials Beijing et al, the case involved a total disputed amount of RMB 2.948 billion. with clear evidence and solid legal reasoning, Wenqi Li persuaded the court and opposing parties, securing a settlement. The case was selected as one of the Supreme People’s Court’s “Top Ten National Commercial Cases of 2022.”
Represented the dispute between Greenland Real Estate Qingdao Company and Shandong Tobacco Investment Company, as well as “fake gold” property insurance dispute of Wuhan Jinhuang Jewellery, both matters were awarded the 2021 Outstanding Transaction Award by China Business Law Journal.
Represented the substantive consolidated bankruptcy reorganization project of Zhuzhou Brilliance Real Estate and 13 affiliated companies, which was selected as one of the Top Ten People’s Court Cases of 2023 by the Supreme People’s Court and received the 2022 Outstanding Transaction Award from China Business Law Journal.
