Xinliang Tao

Xinliang Tao is a senior partner of DeHeng Law Offices, professor, doctoral supervisor, arbitrator and one of the first patent agents in China. He has been dealing with intellectual property law since 1984 and became a lawyer in 1992, and has been engaged in teaching, research and legal services on intellectual property for thirty-nine years. He has participated in the legislative and research work of several China's intellectual-property related laws, Law on Science and Technology Advancement, Contract Law, etc. and has participated in the research work on the formulation of the outline of the national intellectual property strategy, etc.
