Mrs. Ying (Angel) HAN, with a technical background in science and engineering, has been engaged in the theory and practice of intellectual property law since 2006. Angel has been focusing on litigation disputes and non-litigation affairs of intellectual property rights, especially specializing in patents and technical secrets. She also has profound experience in conducting corporation intellectual property management and dealing with non-litigation affairs. - Represented Memsensing Microsystems (Suzhou, China) Co., Ltd. in the series of patent infringement and ownership disputes filed by Goertek Inc. against it.
