Mrs. Ying (Angel) HAN, with a technical background in science and engineering, has been engaged in the theory and practice of intellectual property law since 2006. Angel has been focusing on litigation disputes and non-litigation affairs of intellectual property rights, especially specializing in patents and technical secrets. She also has profound experience in conducting corporation intellectual property management and dealing with non-litigation affairs. Angel has been or is now offering legal service to domestic and foreign companies in various fields including software, medical equipment, computers, energy conservation and environmental protection, e-commerce, finance, vehicles, helicopter models and other areas.

• Represented Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in the administrative litigation over the review of the rejection of patent application against Patent Reexamination Board of CNIPA.
• Acted for Robert Bosch GmbH in a patent infringement dispute against Shanghai Xinweisheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd and Shanghai Weisheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.
• Acted for Wind Information Co., Ltd in an unfair competition dispute against Hithink RoyalFlush Information Network Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang RoyalFlush Network Technology Co., Ltd.
• Represented Memsensing Microsystems (Suzhou, China) Co., Ltd. in the series of patent infringement and ownership disputes filed by Goertek Inc. against it.
