Yue Liu graduated from Peking University School of Law with Bachelor of Law in 1996 and then obtained a master degree of Civil & Commercial Law from Peking University School of Law in 2000.
Mr. Liu worked in Concord & Partners law firm as a lawyer from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, he joined in Jingtian & Gongcheng and became a partner one year later.
Mr. Liu specializes in litigation and arbitration involving international and domestic trade, intellectual property, financing, and real estate issues. His major clients include (China Construction Bank Co., CITIC Trust Co. Ltd., China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corporation, Beijing Capital Land Ltd., New World China Land Ltd, China Huarong Asset Management Corporation, etc.
Mr. Liu obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1999. He is a member of All China Lawyers Association.
Mr. Liu is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
