Ann-Elizabeth Ostrager is a partner in S&C’s Litigation Group. She is a co-head of the Employment Law Group and a member of the Firm’s Workplace Investigations, Criminal Defense and Investigations and Trade Secrets Groups. Ms. Ostrager has a diverse practice, which includes trade secrets, regulatory and internal investigations, employment litigation, mediations and advisory work, and securities litigation.
