Alvin Lee focuses on complex commercial litigation and products liability lawsuits, most notably for clients in the energy, chemical, manufacturing, and financial services industries, among others. He represents clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts across the country. He has particular experience in high-stakes cross-border disputes and has first-chaired several international arbitrations.
Alvin also has significant experience defending companies in mass tort & products liability suits. He has represented The Dow Chemical Company in a wide variety of toxic tort matters, including a number of class actions alleging exposure to chemical releases and environmental emissions. Alvin also previously served as a member of a team of national coordinating and litigation counsel for Union Carbide Corporation in relation to its substantial asbestos docket.
Alvin is a former Fulbright Scholar.
