Craig Chiasson is a partner in the International Arbitration Group of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver. Craig is recognized in 2023’s BC500 – a publication that profiles the 500 most influential business leaders in British Columbia. Craig embodies the values of modern leadership that BIV looks out for: engagement, trust, corporate citizenship and inclusion.
Craig is the current Vice-Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee and the 2022 recipient of the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre’s (VanIAC) Excellence in Arbitration Award. He has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, including as counsel and arbitrator, in cases seated around the world. His experience includes arbitrations subject to the rules the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, LCIA, SCC, ICDR and VanIAC, among others, and to the substantive laws of many jurisdictions, in a vast array of industries.
