Jason J. Annibale is McMillan’s National Co-leader, Construction & Infrastructure and a partner in the firm’s Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Group. He acts on complex construction disputes and transactions. A key aspect of Jason’s practice involves resolving delay and cost overrun claims, particularly in the context of COVID-19 impacts. Jason is a Fellow of both the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and the Construc-tion Lawyers Society of America. He has been recognized by Chambers Canada and the Best Lawyers in Canada as a Leading Lawyer in Construction Law. He has also been recognized by the Lexpert/Report on Business as one of Canada’s Leading Infrastructure Lawyers. Jason was elected to the Ontario Bar Association’s Construction and Infrastruc-ture Law Section Executive for three terms and is the author of the chapter on Dispute Resolution in the Lexis/Nexis text, Public-Private Partnerships in Canada: Law Policy and Value for Money. Jason regularly speaks and writes in the construction community and is the co-chair for Osgoode Hall’s premier construction programs, including the full week Construction Law and P3 Certificate programs, the Construction Liens program, the Ontario Construction Act program, and the Construction Delay and Impact Claims program.
