Jeremy’s practice focuses on business law disputes, including complex commercial disputes, insolvency litigation, and public law matters. Jeremy often represents clients on the Commercial List in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder, contractual, confidential information and fiduciary duty and trust disputes. Jeremy is also an experienced appellate lawyer and has appeared numerous times in Division Court, Courts of Appeal of Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jeremy was invited to participate as a member of the Civil Rules Review Working Group established by Attorney General Downey and Chief Justice Morawetz of the Superior Court of Justice. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the UTS Alumni Association.

Jeremy regularly teaches and lectures on a variety of topics, including appellate practice and procedure, contract law and advocacy. He has guest lectured at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, the Western University Faculty of Law, the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law (Lakehead) and Toronto Metropolitan University’s Law Practice Program. Jeremy is the chair of the Civil Litigation Practice Group at the Advocates' Society.
