Kaitlyn has a broad commercial litigation practice and has advised clients on disputes involving commercial contracts, real estate, cross border issues and professional negligence. She also has experience with shareholder, partnership and corporate control disputes. She has appeared before administrative tribunals, the International Court of Arbitration in New York, and all levels of court in British Columbia. She has also appeared on behalf of an intervener at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Before joining Allen / McMillan, Kaitlyn practiced at a national firm and one of Vancouver’s leading litigation boutique firms.
Kaitlyn is a former member of the Vancouver Bar Association executive and the Advocates’ Society Young Advocates Team.
