  • Represented Shenzhen CITIC Assets Management Co., Ltd. (as executive partner of Shenzhen Zhongrui Taixin No.3 Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership)) in an arbitration brought before the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration regarding a dispute over a payment of balance agreement, with the disputed amount being about RMB 1 billion
