Mr. ZHU Xiaodong is an equity partner at Beijing Tian Yuan Law firm, with seventeen years’ lawyering experience in People’s Republic of China.
ZHU Xiaodong has taken incumbency as the deputy director of the Civil Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), the expert advisor on Civil Law and Commercial Law for the Supreme People's Procuratorate of P. R. China, the deputy head of the Discipline Committee of the Lawyers Association of Xicheng District, Beijing.
He also has been engaged as the adjunct professor at the Law School of Beijing University and for the experimental legal education program of China University of Political Science and Law, as well as the appraiser of dissertation engaged by Renmin University of China Law School.
ZHU Xiaodong has been admitted to the BAR of P. R. China since 2003.
His major areas of practice include litigation and arbitration, asset management, trust, debt restructuring and bankruptcy. In the resent years, He represented his clients in the Supreme People’s Court of P. R. China, the High Courts of several provinces of China, as well as The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and other courts and arbitration institutions.
