Holland & Hart has hired a new partner in Salt Lake City.
Mickell Jimenez joins the labor and employment practice from Clyde Snow & Sessions. Jimenez provides guidance to clients to help position businesses to effectively reduce risk. She has experience in state and federal courts which she uses to defend her clients in litigation, administrative and regulatory hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
