Recent case highlights:
- Represented the Bank of China in the arbitration case against Runxun Communication Group and Goldtop Holdings Limited and an individual, and won the cases which was successfully implemented in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- One behalf of China Merchants Zhiyuan to sue aginst Baohetang China and other five domestic respondents of an foreign arbitration of invetment contracts (convertible bonds). Mr. Li won the case with a total amount of CNY 512 million.
- Represented Orient Land Group and a listed company in a litigation case with the target amount of CNY 130 million. Now the case has achieved phased results, and the client has won the first instance.
