- Acted for Shanghai Hujie Investment Management Center in the dispute regarding private equity repurchase. The client is the first private equity fund management institution to initiate arbitration due to the repurchase triggered by the failure of the target company to achieve H-share listing. Therefore, the result of this case is of benchmarking significance for the investors of many target companies.

Recent case highlights：
- The case of Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. Shanghai Songjiang District Sub-branch regarding its series of disputes with the borrower who transferred the mortgaged property without authorization. This is a relatively rare case, and there is only one similar case in the country. In practice, such case in which the mortgage information was cancelled due to the problems in the real estate transaction system and the borrower transferred the property without authorization is rather rare; currently, this case has been listed as a typical case within the Postal Savings Bank of China.
