Robert Radick and Christopher Harwood lead the representation of a tech startup company and its CEO in connection with claims filed in New York Supreme Court by a former officer based on his termination and the forfeiture of his equity. The duo uccessfully litigated a motion to compel arbitration of the dispute, and currently representing the company and two of its executives, including its CEO, in the arbitration.
