Acting as lead counsel, Trident worked with local Isle of Man lawyers to file a rare judicial review in the Isle of Man High Court, contesting the regulator’s decision-making process.
Beyond white-collar crime, the Trident team also handles general criminal defence and related civil litigation, though these are smaller parts of its portfolio.
