Aram Orbelyan, PhD is the head of Litigation and Arbitration practice of the firm, as well as he is being engaged in major transactional work in mining, telecom and energy sectors.

He has successfully represented clients in ICSID, ICC and FIDIC dispute resolution processes and is representing clients in complicated litigation cases in Armenia (including corporate, contract, real estate disputes, judicial review of tax and administrative fines and major criminal cases).

Aram Orbelyan, is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia, the chairman of the Arbitrators' Association of the Republic of Armenia, arbitrator at ICSID and some Armenian arbitration Centers (ADR Partners and Optimus Lex).
