Biography
Samuel Bazian is a partner in Herrick's Litigation Department. His practice is focused on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate, contract and employment disputes.
Sam regularly represents owners, operators and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate disputes, and he has handled countless mediations, arbitrations and litigations on behalf of clients in a variety of other industries, such as nursing and rehabilitation providers, product manufacturers and insurance companies.
Sam has substantial experience litigating trial and appellate cases in New York's state and federal courts, and he has handled matters before several alternative dispute resolution venues as well.
