• Represented a credit rating agency in dealing with China's first bond misrepresentation dispute lawsuit brought by 500 individuals and institutional investors, involving more than RMB 800 million, helping the rating agency to avoid legal risks to the greatest extent;
• Represented a US dollar fund in relation to the dispute over the liability of the founder of the Cayman company invested in the red-chip structure for breach of trust and damage to the interests of the company, and filed an arbitration in the US AAA. The classic case has an extremely typical demonstration effect;
• Represented a top liquor production company in Guizhou to deal with its shareholder's share repurchase and company profit distribution dispute case, and won the lawsuit completely.
