Sigrid McCawley, Managing Partner of Boies Schiller Flexner's Florida office, continues to handle some of the most closely watched disputes in the country. She serves as co-lead counsel in multidistrict litigation involving social media platforms and allegations of addiction-related harms to adolescents, helping lead claims against Meta. McCawley also represented actress Blake Lively in her widely publicized litigation against Justin Baldoni, including claims alleging sexual harassment. These matters build on a track record that includes her prominent representation of victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his associates in high-profile abuse and trafficking litigation.

FISHMAN HAYGOOD
A senior figure at Fishman Haygood, Lori Mince is widely recognized for her work across commercial litigation, class actions, insurance disputes, and tax litigation. Described by one colleague as “a phenomenal mentor and litigator,” she has built a particularly notable practice representing the Louisiana Department of Revenue in efforts to recover corporate income, franchise, and sales taxes from some of the state's largest taxpayers. In 2025, Mince served as lead counsel for the Department in a series of transfer pricing disputes against companies including ConocoPhillips, Home Depot, and General Mills, underscoring her prominence in Louisiana's tax litigation market.

MCKOOL SMITH
Jennifer Truelove of McKool Smith is a prominent East Texas litigator whose practice spans patent disputes, pharmaceutical and whistleblower matters, and complex commercial litigation. In 2024, she served as lead counsel for the State of Texas in its $1.4 billion settlement with Meta/Facebook over the unlawful collection and use of Texans' biometric data. Building on that role, Truelove remains actively involved in state-led enforcement efforts and currently represents Texas in ongoing litigation against Bristol Myers Squibb, Sanofi-Aventis US LLC, and related Sanofi entities concerning alleged unlawfully marketed and sold the prescription antiplatelet medication Plavix.

PAUL WEISS RIFKIND WHARTON & GARRISON

She also drew praise from a peer for her work representing Chevron, who remarked, "I've seen her do a really nice job" and pointed to her handling of key state court motions. The same peer further commended her practical approach, noting that she is "very practical, very relatable to judges" and effective in working with co-defendants, concluding that she "does an incredible job there."

REICHMAN JORGENSEN LEHMAN & FELDBERG
Sarah Jorgensen, a name partner at her firm, is recognized for her commercial litigation practice, particularly in the energy and environmental space. Over the past year, she played a key role in representing a coalition of businesses, trade groups, and labor organizations in a closely watched challenge to New York City's gas appliance ban. The case presented novel questions of federal preemption under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act and drew national attention as jurisdictions across the country continue to debate the future of building electrification and consumer energy choice.

REID COLLINS & TSAI
Lisa Tsai has established herself as a formidable plaintiff-side trial lawyer, earning recognition for handling complex commercial disputes involving significant financial stakes. As co-founder of Reid Collins & Tsai, she regularly acts for businesses pursuing claims against well-resourced adversaries. Among her recent matters, Tsai is representing MAP Health Holdings in litigation against former secured lender Espresso Capital arising from allegations that the lender improperly foreclosed on company assets, destroying substantial value and disrupting healthcare services relied upon by thousands of patients. With tens of millions of dollars at issue, the case underscores Tsai's continued presence in consequential commercial litigation. Clients are unwavering in their support, with one describing her as "one of the most skilled professionals I have ever worked with" and praising her ability to take complex disputes from filing through trial against opponents backed by far larger legal teams.
