Dispute resolution

Established in 2011, Acuity Law is a full-service boutique firm with a dispute resolution practice that houses a team of 19 skilled advocates. They cover contentious matters spanning commercial and corporate, technology, media and telecommunications, labour and employment, tax, data protection, restructuring and insolvency and arbitration. The disputes lawyers have served as counsels before all court levels, including the Supreme Court of India and various tribunals such as the Securities Appellate Tribunal. In a recent case, the team represented SBS Holdings, a listed Japanese company, before the High Court of Delhi in seeking interim reliefs against a third-party litigation funder at post-award stage.

The key contacts are managing partner Souvik Ganguly, and partners Sidhartha Barua and Renjith Nair. Barua joined last summer from Luthra and Luthra Law Offices.
