In the summer of 2019, BonelliErede merged with Lombardi e Associati. This merger combines two of Italy’s leading Independent law firms, which will undoubtedly strengthen the position of the firm in the Italian market.
The Lombardi professionals that joined Bonelli include litigation partners Giuseppe Lombardi, Renato Bocca, Filippo Rossi and Lazare Vittone, corporate partners Niccolò Baccetti, Johannes Karner, Stefano Nanni Costa and Federico Vermicelli; and banking partner Mara Fittipaldi. 70 other professionals joined the partners to Bonelli. International arbitration is a key area of work for the firm.
