The disputes team successfully represented the National Stock Exchange (NSE) before the Securities Appellate Tribunal and obtained a favourable order quashing a sizeable monetary penalty imposed on the client by the Securities Exchange Board of India.

The team continues to act for the Board of Control for Cricket in India in its arbitration dispute with Rendezvous Sports World regarding the furnishing of bank guarantee under franchise agreements. On the insolvency front, the team is representing the committee of creditors during the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation insolvency resolution process.
