For example, the team has been involved in arbitration proceedings before domestic and international forums such as the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the International Chamber of Commerce. The employment practice routinely assists clients in negotiations and in securing out-of-court settlements. It has also represented clients in mass terminations involving hundreds of employees.
Managing partner Turangga Harlin and partner Kenny Macallo lead the dispute resolution practice group.
