Amanda Davidoff is the Managing Partner of S&C’s Washington, D.C. office and is Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm’s Litigation Group. She represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level, with a focus on complex securities and antitrust class actions and regulatory litigation. Amanda also represents clients in high-stakes government investigations. Her recent work includes successfully defending clients such as Audi, BP, JPMorgan Chase and Volkswagen in multidistrict antitrust litigation; UBS in shareholder derivative litigation in New York state court; and Sallie Mae Bank in lawsuits filed by the Illinois Attorney General and Mississippi Attorney General. Fluent in Spanish, Amanda also regularly works on matters connected to Latin America and Mexico.


A Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Amanda has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a DC Litigation Star (2022-2023), a Top Litigator Under 40 (2017, 2018) and a Future Star (2016-2021) and was named to the 40 & Under Hot List (2016-2018).
